Baptism Is Commanded By God and Practiced By Others

The bible plainly teaches that every believer should confess Christ in baptism. Let us not neglect baptism; neither thinks just because we have been baptized that we are saved. You have to confess your sins and trust in Jesus Christ alone for your salvation, and then you can be baptized. Jesus was baptized by John the Baptist, in the river of Jordan and John also baptized many others too. There is so much we could say about baptism, such as the conversion of Saul in the book of Acts, chapter 9. Here Saul was blinded on the road near Damascus, and the Lord told him to go and see a certain disciple by the name of Ananias. When Saul was there 3 days he received his eyesight back and was filled with the Holy Spirit and immediately he arose, and was baptized and went to preach the gospel. Below you will find many scriptures on baptism. Please take the time to read them and study God’s Word and may God bless you always.
