The scriptures will show that Hell is a real place. In the Bible the word Hell appears 53 times and is translated 11 times as the word Hades too. If there is a Heaven for the saved, surely there must be a Hell for the lost. The Bible speaks as clearly about one place called Heaven and the other place called Hell. In Luke chapter 16 you can read about the rich man that died and in Hell he lifted up his eyes, being in torments. He then cried and said, send Lazarus, that he may dip the tip of his finger in water and cool my tongue, for I am tormented in this flame. Below you will find many scriptures on Hell. Please take the time to read them and study God’s Word and may God bless you.

My friend I would like to ask you a few personal questions. Are you concerned about doing God’s work? Do you read your Bible and pray daily? Are you faithful to God’s house? Are you trying to win souls and are you witnessing to your friends and love ones?
You have just read some important Scriptures about Hell in our Bibles. I would like to ask you to use your imagination to think about how terrible Hell is. Hell is a place of darkness and hate. The soul will never die there and there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth with pain and torment forever and ever also. So be sure your name is written in the book of life. The scripture says long is the path and narrow is the gate and few will enter in, be sure that Jesus has saved you and you are not just playing church to impress other.
Note: I pray that these Scriptures have helped you in your bible study and understanding of Gods’ precious Holy word in the Bible. Please feel free to pass them on to other people if they have helped you.
