- Jesus is the Bridegroom and Head of the church, you can read this in, (Revelation 2:1); (Revelation 3:22); (Revelation 19:7-9).
- Jesus is the Lion of the tribe of Judah you can read this in, (Revelation 5:5).
- Jesus was the Lamb that was slain for of our sins. (Revelation 5:6-12).
- Jesus is our High Priest in, (Revelation 8:3-6).
- Jesus the King and the Judge of everything in these two verses; (Revelation 19:11) and (Revelation 20:15).
- Remember the main purpose of this book is to provide the setting for the Revelation of Jesus Christ.
- Now there is principal attention given to the time of the Tribulation in chapters 4 through 19. Now this is believed to coincide with Daniel’s seventieth week in (Daniel 9:24-27).
- Now the great Tribulation, the latter half of that “week,” in Daniel is especially in view, is the last three and a half years of this great Tribulation. We should remember that the climax of the book begins with the Revelation of the Lord Jesus Christ in chapter 19.
- Now as interpreters of the Revelation should bear in mind that the passage of scripture; in (I Peter 1:12). There are much that is now obscure and will become clear to those for whom it was written, as the end time approaches.
